This is a general service agreement between:

 

You, the subscriber (“Client”)

AND

Simplified Trading Ltd of 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ

 

Background:

  1. The client is of the opinion that Simplified Trading has the necessary means and platforms to provide services to the client

  2. Simplified Trading are agreeable to providing such access to platforms and content to the client on the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

By subscribing to our services you “the client” agree to the below:

 

Services Provided:

  1. The client hereby agreed to engage Simplified Trading Ltd to provide the client with services consisting of:

    1. Full access to our private discord channel

    2. Full access to our stored content library in the form of videos and documents

    3. Access to live chats, forums and updates with all members of the channel

    4. Access to live events as and when they are scheduled

    5. A support mechanism provided by the Simplified Trading Ltd team.

 

  1. The services will also include any additional platforms or content that Simplified Trading Ltd decide to offer.

  2. The service provided is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. 

 

Term of agreement:

  1. The term of the agreement will agree on the date that the first payment is received and will remain in full force until one of the below instances happen:

    1. If subscribed to the monthly rolling plan, the client cancels their subscription through their online account on www.simplifiedtradinghub.co.uk

    2. If subscribed to the monthly rolling plan, the client contacts simplifiedtradingltd@gmail.com and requests the subscription to be cancelled with immediate effect.

    3. If subscribed to the yearly subscription, the client cannot cancel, and a commitment is made upon initial payment. This is not auto renewal & will therefore end precisely one year after subscription start date.

    4. We “Simplified Trading Ltd” may at our own discretion, allow cancellation of the yearly subscription in circumstance we deem acceptable.

Currency:

  1. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all monetary amounts referred to in this Agreement are in Pound Sterling.

 

Payment (monthly subscription)

  1. For the services rendered by Simplified Trading Ltd as required by this Agreement, the Client will provide payment to Simplifed Trading Ltd at the rate of £99.00 per month until cancellation.

 

  1. The payment will be payable monthly, while this Agreement is in force.

 

  1. The payment includes all applicable value added tax, and duties as required by law.

 

Payment (Yearly subscription)

  1. For the services rendered by Simplified Trading Ltd as required by this Agreement, the Client will provide payment to Simplifed Trading Ltd at the rate of £999.00 as a one-off payment upfront.

 

  1. The payment will be payable as a one-off upfront payment, while this Agreement is in force.

 

  1. The Payment includes all applicable value added tax, and duties as required by law.

 

Ownership of Materials and Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property and related materials (the "Intellectual Property") including any related that is developed or produced under this Agreement, will be the property of the Simplified Trading Ltd. The Client is granted a non-exclusive limited-use license of this Intellectual Property for the span of the agreement terms.

 

  1. Title, copyright, intellectual property rights and distribution rights of the Intellectual Property remain exclusively with Simplified Trading Ltd.

 

  1. The client is not permitted, in any circumstances to share, fraudulently copy or sell, store on any business or personal cloud storage or hard drive device, any content Simplified Trading Ltd provide within the aforementioned services. All content must be viewed & left stored only on the Simplified Trading Ltd specified platforms & channels.

 

Liability:

  1. Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, whether tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise shall Simplified Trading Ltd, or any employee of Simplified Trading Ltd, be liable to the client for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity.

  2. Simplified Trading Ltd’s maximum liability to the client is to reimburse one full term (either month or year) worth of current subscription value.

  3. Simplified Trading Ltd will not accept liability for any loss or damage, including without limitation, any loss of profit, which may arise directly or indirectly from use of or reliance on information provided on any of our platforms.

 

  1. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for (a) fraud; (b) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (c) any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

 

Indemnification

  1. Each Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party, and its respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever, which result from or arise out of any act or omission of the indemnifying party, its respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns that occurs in connection with this Agreement. This indemnification will survive the termination of this Agreement.

Disclaimer

  1. All Content contained on the website, discord channel & any other platform utilised under the name Simplified Trading Ltd is provided for informational purposes only. Modification of Agreement

  1. Any amendment or modification of this Agreement or additional obligation assumed by either Party in connection with this Agreement will only be binding if evidenced in writing signed by each Party or an authorized representative of each Party.

Entire Agreement

  1. It is agreed that there is no representation, warranty, collateral agreement, or condition affecting this Agreement except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

 

Governing Law

  1. It is the intention of the Parties to this Agreement that this Agreement and the performance under this Agreement, and all suits and special proceedings under this Agreement, be construed in accordance with and governed, to the exclusion of the law of any other forum, by the laws of England, without regard to the jurisdiction in which any action or special proceeding may be instituted.

Bespoke Trading Mentorship Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms between Simplified Trading Hub (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the client (“you”, “your”) for participation in the Bespoke Trading Mentorship programme. By purchasing access, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Service

  • You will receive access to personalised mentorship sessions tailored to your trading goals.

  • The programme includes guidance on trading strategy, mindset and psychology, and direct feedback from David.

  • You will have year-long access to the mentorship, subject to these terms.

  • Sessions will be scheduled in advance and delivered online.

2. Payments & Fees

  • The fee for the programme is as displayed at the point of purchase.

  • You may choose either:

    • Single payment: the full amount upfront, or

    • Split payment: two instalments, six months apart. The first payment is due at the time of sign-up, the second payment is due automatically six months later.

  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of your access until the balance is paid.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the personalised nature of the mentorship, all payments are non-refundable once access has begun.

  • If you change your mind before the first scheduled session, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided no sessions have been delivered.

  • No refunds are given for missed sessions.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You acknowledge that trading involves risk and that no profits or results are guaranteed.

  • All trading decisions you make remain your sole responsibility.

  • You agree to engage respectfully and constructively in mentorship sessions.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • We provide educational and mentoring services only.

  • We are not financial advisers and do not provide investment recommendations.

  • We accept no liability for any losses you may incur in trading or investment activities.

6. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate your participation if:

    • Payments are not made on time, or

    • You engage in behaviour that is inappropriate, abusive, or in breach of this agreement.

  • In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

7. Confidentiality

  • All discussions and materials shared during mentorship are for your personal use only and must not be shared, published, or redistributed without written permission.

8. Governing Law

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By purchasing the mentorship programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
